Eligibility Criteria for IBPS Clerks Vacancy 2016

Nationality : Indian
Age Limit : The age limit for IBPS Clerks post 20 to 28 years as on 01.08.2016

Age Relaxation : The relaxation of upper age limit will be 03 year for OBC candidates, 05 years for SC/ST candidates and 10 years for PWD candidates.

Educational Qualification for IBPS Clerks -IV Exam 2016 :
A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.

Computer Literacy Eligibility for IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2016 : Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory i.e. candidates should have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/Language/ should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/College/Institute.

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts Common Written Examination (CWE) for the recruitment of Clerical Cadre vacancies in public sector Banks. The common written examination pattern details are given below.

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts this Online Common Written Exam for Clerical Cadre posts. The examination will be two tier i.e. the online examination will be held in two phases, preliminary and main. Total marks of Preliminary exam is 100 in a duration of 1 hour for objective type questions & total marks of Main exam is 200 in a duration of 2 hours for objective type questions. The tests except the Test of English Language will be available bilingually, i.e. English and Hindi.
